Shipping Policy :
Our products are shipped within 1-2 business days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx and UPS .If customer use free shipping coupon for product purchase,product will be shipped by USPS or UPS Ground based on product weight or customer address.
Returns and Exchange :
Our returns and exchange policy is very simple. Please give us a call before you return the product to process your return or exchange product. You can return the product with in 30 days after you have received the original order. Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products only. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. Please note the reason for your return on your packing slip, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name, address and phone number or email address, your order number and reason for the return or exchange. If the exchanged item will cost more than the original item you ordered please include a method of payment to cover the difference.

After one day of receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund to the original payment account.
You will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the items back to us and you will be refunded for the product purchase price. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, there will be a $6.99 return-shipping-fee. Any promotional discounts used in the original order may be reapplied to your refund total based on the original order total minus the value of the returned items.
Refunds are normally processed back to the original account . In the event that the payment processor cannot issue the refund, Grips to buy will send a check for the total refund amount.
IMPORTANT: We recommend using a shipping carrier that will track your return shipment and guarantee delivery, such as USPS mail or UPS/Fedex ground.
